Terms of service

By ordering from me you've agreed to and read the terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

You will be asked to order via my Discord server. This is so I can keep everything organized, it is also my primary method of contact since I am on it daily.
Payment is required at the start.
I have the right to post photos at any stage of the commission to my social media and Discord server.
All copyrights from the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me.
Removal of my watermarks will be considered a breach of contract and result in a DMCA.
I do not issue refunds unless the issue is on my part.
I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
I have the right to cease working on your commission if you break the rules without a refund given.
Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during or before the process will result in me canceling the commission.
Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make. I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.
Nothing made by me commissions included may be used in A.I or any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Expect orders to be something similar to the artworks I show in the examples or my social media. I will not copy others exact style. I am fine trying new general styles, examples: anime style, gothic style.
Once the work is complete, any mistakes made on my behalf (e.g. misread description, missed a detail, etc) will be corrected for free. On the other hand, if the mistake happened because of insufficient information or you forgot to mention something when ordering I will not make any changes unless paid to do so.
My commissions are done first come, first serve.

The clothing will be uploaded to my group [SYD] INC.
They will only be sold to you then placed as not for sale on roblox forever.
I upload the clothing through my account(s). They will be uploaded with my watermarks & template. You will never receive a copy of the clothing template(s).

You are required to have a specific description on the clothing that is not allowed to change which gives credit to myself and links back to my profile at the top of said description. You are allowed to add other things in the description below it.

I know giving credit for assets can be hard so at minimum if someone asks tell them my name or direct them to my website/social media. If you're able to link my website or social media in a permanent place that would be really awesome of you 😊

Twitch: On your channels about create a credit area and link to my website or social media.Carrd: My username will be placed in the footer to give myself credit. If you have a dedicated credits area, link my website there as well.
