General ToS
You will be asked to order via my Discord server. This is so I can keep everything organized, it is also my primary method of contact since I am on it daily.
Payment is required at the start.
All copyrights from the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me.
Removal of my watermarks will be considered a breach of contact and result in a DMCA.
I do not issue refunds unless the issue is on my part.
I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
I have the right to cease working on your commission if you break the rules without a refund given.
Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during or before the process will result in me canceling the commission.
Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make. Iām happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.
Nothing made by me commissions included may be used in A.I or any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Expect orders to be something similar to the artworks I show in the examples or my social media. I will not copy others exact style. I am fine trying new general styles, examples: anime style, gothic style.
Once the work is complete, any mistakes made on my behalf (e.g. misread description, missed a detail, etc) will be corrected for free. On the other hand, if the mistake happened because of insufficient information or you forgot to mention something when ordering I will not make any changes unless paid to do so.
My commissions are done first come, first serve.
